Quotsey is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered quote generation for home improvement and contracting projects. Our Service allows:
- Homeowners to upload project details and images to receive estimated quotes and connect with contractors
- Contractors to receive inbound leads, generate professional quotes, bid on projects, and accept projects through our platform
- Both user types to utilize our AI technology to streamline the quoting and project management process
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using Quotsey, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
Account Creation
To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Account Responsibility

- Upload images or content that you do not have the right to use

- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of our Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to generate quotes for fraudulent purposes
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of any images, project details, or other content you upload to our Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve our Service.
Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Quotsey and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.
AI-Generated Content
Quotes and content generated by our AI technology are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that AI-generated quotes are estimates and should be verified before making business decisions.
7. Subscription and Payment Terms
Service Plans
Quotsey may offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of available plans are provided on our website.
Payment
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Payments are processed through third-party payment processors
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Free Trials
We may offer free trials for certain plans. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for free trials and to modify or cancel trial offers at any time.
8. Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your profile through your account settings or by contacting us at security@quotsey.com. Upon deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Conduct that harms or could harm Quotsey or other users
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers and Warranties
Service Provided "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate quote estimates, we do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any quotes or content generated by our Service
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- That any errors or defects will be corrected
- The results obtained from using the Service
Contractor-Homeowner Relationships
Quotsey facilitates connections between homeowners and contractors but is not a party to any agreements between them. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of services provided by contractors
- Any disputes, price adjustments, or agreements made between homeowners and contractors outside of our platform
- Any modifications to project scope, pricing, or terms that occur outside of our Service
- The conduct, performance, or actions of any contractor or homeowner
Any price adjustments, contract modifications, or agreements made outside of the Quotsey platform are solely between the homeowner and contractor. Quotsey will not be held liable for any such arrangements.
Third-Party Services
Our Service relies on third-party AI providers and other services. We are not responsible for any failures, interruptions, or issues caused by these third-party services.
Professional Advice
Quotes generated by our Service are estimates designed to help you plan and budget for your projects. We recommend reviewing quotes with contractors and discussing your specific project needs to ensure accuracy.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOTSEY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
- Any damages arising from reliance on quotes or content generated by the Service
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain warranties or damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quotsey and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your User Content
12. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at security@quotsey.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Quotsey individually. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE JOINED WITH ANY OTHER OR PROCEED ON A CLASS-ACTION BASIS.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email.
14. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quotsey regarding the Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
