Quotsey is not responsible for any discrepancies between AI estimates and final project costs.

User Conduct

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors using Quotsey agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses and insurance as required by law
• Provide accurate information about qualifications and experience
• Honor bids and quotes submitted through the platform
• Perform work according to industry standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners

Homeowner Responsibilities

Homeowners using Quotsey agree to:

• Communicate respectfully with contractors
• Review contractor credentials before hiring
• Handle payment arrangements directly with chosen contractors

Payments and Fees

Contractor Subscriptions

Contractors must maintain an active subscription to access leads and submit bids. Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Project Payments

All project payments are handled directly between homeowners and contractors. Quotsey does not process, hold, or guarantee project payments.

Intellectual Property

The Quotsey platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Quotsey and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Quotsey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

Quotsey and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
